Spa Therapist - Glenapp Castle

Join our award-winning team at Glenapp Castle, featured on BBC Amazing Hotels: Life Beyond the Lobby, with a Michelin Key and renowned for our 3 AA Rosette restaurant and Relais & Châteaux affiliation. We're looking for a passionate full-time Spa Therapist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of treatments which we offer, including massages, facials, and body treatments.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a focus on luxury, efficiency, and professionalism. Attention to detail with creative flair will also be key.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized treatment room, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Promote and professionally recommend spa services, treatments, and products to guests.
• Keep accurate records of treatments for repeat guests and assist with stock management.

• Level 3 NVQ/SVQ or equivalent in Beauty Therapy.
• At least 2 years of experience performing Spa and Beauty treatments.
• Experience in luxury spa and wellness preferred.
• Knowledge of a range of spa, wellness, and beauty treatments is beneficial.
