In 2025, Kaitlin Ross, General Manager of Sonora Resort in British Columbia, Canada, won the Woman of the Year Trophy awarded by Relais & Châteaux and Pommery.


Renowned for her kindness and sincerity, she oversees 11 managers and 120 employees.

Kaitlin started at Sonora Resort in 2004 as a dock worker assisting the fishing guide, before being promoted to Director of Marine Activities, then General Manager. At every stage of her career, she excelled in fields traditionally dominated by men, paving the way for other women. She attributes her success to her passion for her work, expressed through her curiosity and radiant personality.
