Kaitlin-Ross-relais-chateaux

In 2025, Kaitlin Ross, General Manager of Sonora Resort in British Columbia, Canada, received the Woman of the Year Trophy presented by Relais & Châteaux and Pommery.


Known for her kindness and authenticity, she leads a team of 11 managers and 120 employees.


Kaitlin joined Sonora Resort in 2004 as a dockhand working alongside a fishing guide before becoming Director of Marine Activities and later General Manager. Throughout her career, she has excelled in traditionally male-dominated fields, inspiring future generations of women to follow their ambitions. She attributes her success to her passion for her profession, expressed through her curiosity and vibrant personality.
