In collaboration with its closest partners, Relais & Châteaux rewards the professional excellence of dedicated and passionate employees, through their professions. Each year, the Rising Chef Trophy honors a new-generation chef to celebrate their promising future.

In 2025, Relais & Châteaux and S. Pellegrino awarded the Rising Chef Trophy to Head Chef Elia Calcinotto and Pastry Chef Riccardo Celeghin, both working at the restaurant Agli Amici dal 1887 in Udine, Italy.
At 29 and 31 years old respectively, they embody this new generation of chefs trained at the highest level. Their creativity and ability to anticipate trends have earned them renown. They passionately share their values and vision with the younger members of the team, often involving them in their creative process.
