Each year, the Rising Chef Trophy honours a talented chef from the next generation, recognising their promising future and contribution to gastronomy.


In 2025, Relais & Châteaux and S.Pellegrino awarded the Rising Chef Trophy to Executive Chef Elia Calcinotto and Pastry Chef Riccardo Celeghin, both from Agli Amici dal 1887 in Udine, Italy.


At just 29 and 31 years old, they embody a new generation of chefs trained to the highest standards. Their creativity and ability to anticipate emerging trends have earned them widespread recognition. They are equally passionate about passing on their values and vision, regularly involving younger team members in their creative process.
