What you’ll be doing in this role:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our bar and restaurant
• Take orders, interact with guests, and provide personalized recommendations
• Mix and present cocktails, promote menu items, and upsell specials
• Maintain bar inventory, restock supplies, and manage resources efficiently
• Ensure all drinks are prepared according to hygiene and safety standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience
• Maintain a welcoming, professional, and attentive presence at all times

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Is fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Has expertise in mixology and knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Is skilled in POS systems and inventory management
• Communicates clearly, professionally, and warmly with guests and team members
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Has a proactive mindset and can handle unexpected situations efficiently
• Works well in a team, collaborating across departments to ensure top service
• Is guest-focused, always seeking to enhance the overall experience
• Is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a mindful and authentic hospitality environment
