We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Housekeeping Manager to join our organisation in Halkidiki, Greece. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of the housekeeping department, driving excellence in service delivery whilst fostering a motivated and efficient team. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and guest satisfaction, whilst optimising operational processes and managing resources responsibly.   • Lead, manage, and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and maintain rigorous quality standards
  • Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, task allocation, and completion of duties
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and sustainability across the department
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenditure, and optimise the economical and environmentally responsible use of materials and resources
  • Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping staff, fostering professional growth and creating a supportive work environment
  • Address guest concerns and feedback promptly, ensuring personalised and exceptional guest experiences
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integrated service delivery
  • Maintain detailed records, analyse performance metrics, and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making
  • Stay informed of industry best practices and implement innovative solutions to enhance departmental performance
  • Ensure compliance with all organisational policies, procedures, and relevant regulations

  • Completed formal training or qualification as a housekeeping specialist with proven management experience in a hospitality environment
  • Excellent English language skills; additional languages are desirable
  • Strong organisational and time-keeping abilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrated service and hospitality mindset with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Proven leadership capabilities with excellent people skills and communication abilities
  • Sound understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, hygiene standards, and relevant regulations
  • Experience in staff training, induction, and performance appraisal
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments
  • Resilient, flexible, and adaptable approach to changing priorities and challenges
  • Proficiency with housekeeping management systems and software (desirable)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements
