- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures,
- Handle guest requests and provide information regarding hotel services and local attractions,
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally,
- Ensure that all front desk operations are carried out efficiently and in line with the hotel’s standards,
- Assist with administrative duties, including phone calls, emails, and reservation management,
- Manage guest accounts and payments accurately,
- Support other hotel departments as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Graduated from Communication, Tourism or Hospitality Management departments of universities,
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry,
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus),
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a welcoming and guest-oriented attitude,
- Proficiency in hotel management software (preferred),
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail,
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure,
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
