We’re seeking a talented Chef De Partie to join our award-winning culinary team at Gilpin Spice, the vibrant Pan-Asian restaurant within Gilpin Hotel & Lake House. Michelin-recommended and renowned for its open kitchen theatre, bold flavours, and luxurious yet playful approach to Asian cuisine, Gilpin Spice offers an inspiring platform for culinary creativity.

 

🍜 What You’ll Be Doing as Chef De Partie:

  • Prepares and presents exquisite dishes with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Innovates seasonal menus that blend authenticity with creative flair. 

  • Demonstrates a flair for flavour, plating finesse, and calm under pressure.

  • Shows commitment to consistency, cleanliness, and culinary creativity that complements Gilpin Spice’s Pan-Asian concept.

  • Upholds the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.

  • Collaborates with the whole restaurant team and supports the senior team to enable smooth kitchen operations.

  • Strong technical skills and a meticulous approach to preparation and presentation.

Position: Full-Time | Competitive Salary | Immediate Start

Salary: £32,500

Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being £351 per month.
