As a Head Gardener, you will keep our grounds beautiful for our guests throughout the year.
Experience in a similar role is essential.

- No two days are ever the same in this role, often you won’t know what you’ll be doing until you come in on the day.
- You can’t be afraid to get your hands dirty.
- We want everyone to be safe, so health & safety compliance checks are an absolute must.
- Our gardens are the first thing our guests see when they arrive, so we want them looking perfect.
- Have the pleasure of training our new staff to be as wonderful as our current staff.
- All our Heads of Department partake in the Duty Manager rota.
- Sadly, sometimes people leave, but when they do, you’ll be able to recruit the new talent for your team.
- We are one team, so we will all muck in from time to time, helping each other across departments.
