THE OPPORTUNITY
As Car Detailer, you are motivated and eager to ensure a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests and team members. You are passionate about cleaning and are detail oriented. You possess a strong work-ethic and can work well independently and as part of a team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Thoroughly clean and detail both the interior and exterior of Inn vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Conduct inspections on each vehicle before and after detailing, noting any damages or maintenance needs and reporting them to the Director of Guest Services.
- Maintain adequate supplies for detailing, such as cleaning products and tools, and inform Guest Services Leadership of any inventory needs.
- Assist guests and team members with shuttle service requests when required.
- Provide valet service as needed for guests of the Inn.
- Assist in the movement of guest and Inn vehicles to varying locations on the property when required.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while handling cleaning materials and operating vehicles.
- Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate various types of vehicles is a plus.
- Previous experience in car detailing or auto maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- A keen eye for detail and high standards for cleanliness and appearance.
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate guest needs.
