Michael Caines, one of Britain's most celebrated and best known Chef's opened the luxury country retreat Lympstone Manor in Devon in Spring 2017, gaining a Michelin star just six months after. The former private home has been transformed into a 27 bedroom hotel featuring contemporary interiors. Spring 2022 saw the opening of the latest addition to Lympstone Manor, our fabulous Pool House Restaurant & Bar. The pool house offers informal and relaxed dining inside or alfresco. The menu celebrates local sourced ingredients offering something for all driven by quality.
We are looking for a Chef de rang to join our Food and Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their role and they will work as part of a team to provide the very best possible levels of customer service providing the guest with an unforgettable stay. Proven experience in the industry and similar hotels desirable.
- Undertaking shifts weekdays and weekends
- Being a focal point for hotel guests and employees when on shift
- Following the hotel’s Standards of Order of Service at all times
- Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Proactively communicating to colleagues and line managers customer feedback
