Avaton Luxury Beach Resort - Relais & Chateaux (www.avaton.com) is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Office Agent to join our team.
As a Front Office Agent at Avaton Luxury Beach Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet and welcome them, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and provide helpful information about the resort and its amenities. Additionally, you will handle guest inquiries, resolve any issues or complaints, and ensure a smooth and memorable stay for our guests.

- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Provide information about the resort's facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues
- Ensure a clean and organized front desk area
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and security protocols
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in Greece, EU
